Resin

Seduction, deformation, hardening.
The brutality of the accelerated and constantly available media of our present – the era of remixes, remakes and sequels – is concentrated in endless repetition. It shifts temporality. ‘resin‘ explores the resulting possibilities of depicting deformations and breaks in our sense of time and our memories.
This second part of the Viscous Matter Fear Trilogy is inspired by the structural film movement and also reveals media´s inherent sensationalism for disasters, suffering and violence once again.
